Logan Ransley is a folk musician based in London, though his roots stretch back to the open landscapes of New Zealand. His love for music began as a teenager, when he discovered the honesty of acoustic, folk, and fingerstyle guitar. Music quickly became his dream—a way to capture nostalgia, questions, and beauty. But like many, Logan followed the “normal” path and put aside the dream he carried for years, trading it for routine and responsibility.

After more than a decade away, a close friend challenged him to pick it up again. That moment sparked his return, leading to the release of his debut single Expectation in November 2023. The track explores the tension between dreams and obligation, resonating with anyone who has felt torn between safety and calling, and offering a quiet reminder to reconsider what truly matters.

Logan’s sound blends folk-indie, acoustic, country, and blues. His songs are stripped back and honest, shaped by nature, memory, and moments that linger long after they pass. Unlike many artists today, Logan has chosen not to use social media. Instead, he connects slowly and personally—through email and conversation, believing that music is about people, not platforms.
