Biography

Logan Ransley is an emerging folk music and country music artist from New Zealand. Logan’s dream was always to become a career musician, but the pressures of following life’s norm led him off track, abandoning his musical dream to fall into day-to-day living.

Logan always knew that if he didn’t follow his passion for music, he’d regret it later in life. After being challenged by a good friend to pick up his music again and give it a proper go, he recorded and released his first single ‘Expectation’ in November 2023.

The song encompasses the struggles of abandoning dreams to follow the ‘normal path’ and is a gentle reminder to those in the same situation to rethink what they’re living for.

Logan writes folk music which combines folk-indie, folk acoustic, folk-pop with country and blues.
